• Sehrabandi: The groom's head is adorned with a red-colored turban or headgear called a sehra. A priest usually performs this ritual, and it is carried out by the groom's brother, cousin, or another male family member.
• Agwaani and Milni: This ritual marks the groom's arrival on a horse with his procession. The bride's family warmly welcomes them at the entrance, often embracing and shaking hands. This ritual is called agwaani or milni.
• Wedding: The wedding ceremony takes place in the Gurudwara prayer hall. The Guru Granth Sahib, the holy scripture of Sikhs, holds a significant position during the ceremony. It begins with the couple and their parents offering prayers to "Waheguru" followed by singing of Shabads or hymns.
